Cushman & Wakefield recently announced that Jessica Brown has joined its Charlotte office as senior managing director of its leasing services team.
Brown has represented several of the city’s Class A office buildings, including Charlotte Plaza, the Carillon, Fifth Third Center, NASCAR Plaza and SouthPark Towers. She has served clients such as Cousins Properties, Parkway Properties, Hines, Maersk and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System.
Brown joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE's Charlotte office, where she held a senior vice president position. Brown started at CBRE in 2002 after graduating summa cum laude from UNC Charlotte with a B.S.B.A. in finance and a concentration in real estate. She has previously been a Charlotte Business Journal"40 Under 40" winner and has served as president of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.
